1. Invoices are sent out at the end of every month..
2. Payments made by cash, money order or check should be sent to:

(It will be very helpful to indicate the invoice number the payment is for)
3. PayPal/credit cards are an option. The payment link is on the invoice when it is emailed.
4. Please call Kindal Cook, CYO President, if you have any issues concerning payments.
5. How much does it cost?
5.1. All Orchestras - $75 - each semester
5.1.1. Orchestra fee covers: director costs, music, support staff
5.1.2. Semester 1-Sept-Dec. Semester 2-Jan.-April Summer-June-Aug
5.2. Lessons - $20/lesson (lesson duration is up to the teacher, but is usually 30 minutes)
5.3. Administration Fee - One payment of $25, per year (covers: insurance, facility rental...)
5.4. String Camp - $TBD (held at the MN Discovery Center)usually 2nd week of June.
6. Do I have to join orchestra? May I just take lessons? Yes
7. ABSENCE POLICY: When you are unable to attend a lesson:
7.1. If you give notice outside of 24 hours of the lesson time, no charge will be applied to the invoice.
7.2. If you give notice within 24 hours of the lesson time, or no notice, a charge will be applied to the invoice.
7.3. Emergency situations will be considered by each teacher.
8. If the teacher is unable to attend, no charge will be applied to the invoice.
9. Make up a lessons are left up to the teacher and parent/guardian.
